| Hi. My name is Danny Burke and I am the principal of "Professionals Redland Bay". I have been in Real Estate since 1971 and have been a licenced principal since 1977. My involvement with the Professionals started in 1978 and I have been with them ever since. Having served on the Board of Managment for 10years. During my career I have also served on The Board of REIQ and served 2years as Vice President. I have also served two terms as president of the Moreton Bay Branch of the REIQ,representing the board on many occasions at National & international level. My commitment to the Real Estate industry has been on going, serving on many Sub-Committees ie. Arbitration disputes, MLS Committee of which I was Chairman, Finance & Managment committee,some Government Committee's ie Auctioneers & Agents Sub Committee. Due to my long serving & commitments to my profession I was made a fellow of REIQ. This same commitment I also make to my clients be it landlords, vendors or purchasers. I have been a resident in the Redland for over 20 years and have witnessed the tremendous growth over that period of time in the shire. | |||||||||||||

| Maxine along with husband Danny live and work in the Redlands. Having previous owned the Professionals at Capalaba for 20 years, the opportunity to purchase the existing Professionals at Redland Bay in July 2003 was a posititve move into an area of new development and the potential for strong capital growth. For the past 20 years Maxine has mainly dealt in brokerage real estate as well as overseeing a successfull property management team. |

| Denise has been a successful Real Estate Salesperson in the Redlands since 1998. Her success brought about by her warmth, friendly approach to people and her love and knowledge of the area - the area in which she has bought up her four children since 1986, and who are in turn bringing up their children.
